I wish they did this in the US ...

• Have toothpicks at each table at restaurants
• Give out pieces of gum with the bill
• Have a coat check at restaurants
  

On the other hand, I wish they'd ban smoking in public buildings in Russia. I don't appreciate coming out of a club and having all my clothes through to my underwear smelling of smoke. Also, the non-smoking sections in the restaurants still smell like smoke.
